Representing Grady-White Boats and Yamaha exclusively in Connecticut

Nine times in a row, Catalano has achieved the Grady-White Admiral’s Circle distinction.

Admiral's Circle Award Catalano and Sons focuses on sales and service satisfaction like few others as evidenced by their ninth year in a row being awarded membership in the Grady-White Admiral's Circle. This means that not only did Catalano achieve at least $2 million in retail sales, but more importantly, they achieved customer satisfaction index scores of at least 9.5 on a 10-point scale rated in at least 10 actual customer surveys, as well as being Marine Industry Certified by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). This is no small feat. Each Admiral's Circle dealer works hard for their customers and displays uncommon product knowledge and service excellence, meeting and exceeding the challenge to be the best of the best. Catalano and Sons are further distinguished as one of the few dealers to have been awarded this recognition each year since it's inception in 1998.

Rob and Phil Catalano accept their ninth Admiral's Circle and Service Excellence awards on behalf of their dealership team at the 2007 Grady-White dealer conference. The presentation was proudly made by Grady-White president Kris Carroll and CEO Eddie Smith.
